


Confirmation texts for appointments are sent out 48 hours prior to services. Please confirm if you plan on coming in.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. There will be a fee if not canceled with ample notice of clients who persistently ignore the cancellation policy. If you find you are running 15 minutes late for a 30 min appointment, or 20 min late for an hour appointment, I ask that you give me a call and we may need to reschedule. I understand life happens.


PAYMENT INFORMATION
I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, personal checks, cash, and Venmo. There are no discounts for using cash. Tips are accepted on all forms of payments.

REFUNDS
Hair services, gift certificates, and product treatments are non-refundable. Not responsible for lost gift certificates. Your complete well-being and satisfaction is my utmost priority. Should a service not meet my high expectations please call me directly to discuss.
